We as an HR Team responsible for managing employee-related resources. We are responsible to coordinates the activities of all the other departments in the Relinns. The key responsibilities include Recruitment, Relinns Brand Management, Build External Partnerships, Policies Formulation & implementation, Process Implementation, Office Celebrations & Operations, Payrolls & Employee Engagements.

Following are the Team members which you will join working alongside:

1. Komal Jassi

She has more than 10 years of leadership experience in the Human Resources departments of various Research, Manufacturing, Consultancy, and IT-based companies. Her specialization is in managing people & to work strategically in solving individual-specific HR issues using one-to-one interaction. She believes that aligning the vision of a group of Human resources with an organization’s vision is the “Job half done” and wants to utilize her extensive experience in the HR field to increase the overall HR efficiency of the organization. She is inspired by her husband and in her free time, she likes to cook new dishes and work on editing videos and photos.

2. Priyangu Atri

She is working as an HR Manager for the last 4 years in Relinns. She is taking care of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Appraisals, and handling Employee Grievances. She is an enthusiastic person who likes to meet new people, visit new places, and hang out with friends. She lives her life in the belief of "Go with the flow".

3. Mehak Yadav

She is working as an HR Intern and is taking care of Talent Acquisition & the Office Operation work. She likes her job profile as it provides her the privilege to communicate better with the company and within themselves, to help them truly embrace and maximize their natural talents.
